ProDictate is a mobile dictation application designed to equip smartphones with professional-grade dictation capabilities, streamlining workflows for medical, legal, healthcare, and insurance professionals. The solution aims to reduce the complexity and number of steps involved in recording and processing dictations, offering a straightforward and cost-effective approach.

Upon installation of the system software, users can conveniently record audio files and transmit them effortlessly. The audio files produced by ProDictate utilize Speex audio compression, resulting in significantly smaller files compared to standard WAV formats with PCM codecs. Future updates are expected to incorporate support for additional audio codecs.

For playback, any compatible software or the dedicated ProPlayer application supporting the Speex codec can be used. Playback can be managed via a USB foot pedal, providing hands-free control.

<li>Transmission of dictations in compressed Speex format</li>
<li>Multilingual support</li>
